To keep shipping costs low we typically use USPS Priority Mail for light items and Ground Shipping for heavier items.  We will send all items that qualify (books, magazines, tapes, discs, etc.) via USPS Media Mail.  Please look at what we offer in the eBay shipping calculator near the bottom of this listing.  If you have a special shipping request, just send us a message and we will do our best to serve you.  International shipments (all duties, customs fees, broker fees and other fees associated with importing the item to your country are your responsibility) are sent via USPS Priority Mail International and if an item is too large or too big to ship internationally it will be noted in the listing. Do you answer questions? - Yes! We are a small eBay drop-off store and are open Tuesday through Saturday and try to answer eBay messages as quickly as possible so you can make an informed decision about your bidding/purchase.  Whenever possible we try to answer questions on Sunday and Monday as well - so if you don't hear back from us until Tuesday when we get back into the store, please understand. Do you take returns or give refunds? - Yes! We try our very best to list things accurately and our feedback reflects this; however, every once in a while we miss something that we should have been caught.  In these cases, we welcome you to let us know when you get the item as soon as you can.  If you let us know of the issue within 5 days of the receipt of the item we can resolve the problem fairly and quickly (usually by granting a return and issuing a refund).  Our goal is your satisfaction. Do you take PayPal? - Yes!  We take the payment form that works best for you.  This includes all major credit cards through PayPal, money orders, and personal or business checks.  PayPal is the fastest and checks are the slowest for obvious reasons. Unless otherwise stated in the listing or you have contacted us and made payment arrangements, payment is due within 10 days of the close of the auction. Do you ship as soon as you are paid? - Yes!  We typically ship within 2 business days of payment receipt.  Because we are not open on Sunday and Monday, items paid for on Friday may not ship until Tuesday.  If you have less than 25 positive feedbacks, we may also delay shipment for items paid for with a check until the check clears.  As our feedback indicates, we like to ship things as fast as possible. Do you ship using packing peanuts? - No!  We have shipped thousands of items all over the world without the use of packing peanuts.  We use recycled craft paper (and when needed, bubble wrap) for packing material and because we REALLY don't like to receive items in packing peanuts, we do not ship your items with them.  Do you allow local pick-ups? - Yes!  If you live in the Bozeman area or have a friend or relative that can pick your item up in our store, just let us know and you will save all shipping and handling fees.  Items that are pre-paid can be picked up in our store for no extra charge.  You pay what you bid and we will have it ready for pick-up!
