Westmorland Sterling Flatware – John & Prescilla Service for Eight   This is a beautiful 49 piece set of Westmorland Sterling Silver flatware.  The pattern is John and Priscilla, which was created in the 1940’s.  It was used in my family for VERY special occasions, and shows marks that you would expect from very light use.  It is in excellent condition.  The only piece I see that isn’t in perfect shape is a knife, which has a little knick at the tip.  The pieces come in their original wooden case (Mahogany I believe).  The case’s felt interior is in perfect condition and the exterior has light scratching.    The set includes:   8 Teaspoons (6”) 6 Serving Spoons 8 Soup Spoons 1 Sugar Spoon 1 Gravy Ladle 8 Dinner Knives (9”) 8 Salad Forks (6-1/2”) 8 Dinner Forks (7-1/4”) 1 Butter Knife   Includes Vintage Storage Case No engraving Service for Eight     The Westmorland Sterling Co. was started in 1940 in Wallingford, CT. They sold 5 different patterns door-to-door that were produced by Wallace Silversmiths.
