Description
Beautiful set of Gorham Chantilly Sterling Silver flatware service for 10 and a couple gorgeous serving pieces. These pieces have the old lion mark and come w/ NO monogram. Included in this set are: 10 7 1/2" dinner forks; 10 9 1/2" dinner knives (stainless blades in excellent condition); 10 6 1/2" desert/pastry forks (also used as salad forks but notice the nice tine for pastry - these don't ever look like they were used); 10 6 1/2" soup/bullion spoons, again excellent near unused condition; 10 5 3/4" teaspoons; 9 6" flat butter knives; 2 large serving/stuff spoons 8 1/2"; 1 6 3/4" gravy ladle (shows some center light surface wear from use); 1 4 1/4" sugar tongs that are darling!!! 63 pieces total. Thank you kindly for all your inquiries on this set:-) I apologize for the glare from my flash on some of the photos - I took close ups to show you the details of the pattern, etc. This set is in stunning condition - there is only MINOR superficial wear to the forks/spoons from probably holiday use. The knives are in excellent like new condition, the blades are stainless, the handles of course sterling and are perfect. The sugar tongs are perfect, etc. I've seen sets for service of 6 go for upwards of $1,000.00! You're bidding on a service for 10 plus Extras! Thank you and feel free to email w/questions.
