This is very large and has a diameter of 2 1/4". It measures 1 1/4" wide and weighs in at 32.5 grams. Very good condition with no dents and only a few scratches on the interior from usage. Nice hand hammered design all the way around the ring and an ornate monogram on the front. The monogram has the initials "P. or D. F.". There is a hallmark on the outside rim that reads "Freytag" for the makers name and the number "13" for the loth system code that they used during this time. The "13" represents this ring as being .812/1000 parts silver. That's under today's requirement for stering silver which is 925/1000 parts silver content. Great collectible napkin ring.
