Made in London by Henry Wilkinson & Co., 1909-1910, the piece is fully hallmarked ....everywhere, in fact. On all lids and separate parts. The stand has two crystal inkwells with sterling silver fittings. In the center there is a large lidded cache for stamps, clips, what not. There are two places for pens. The edges are decorated with cross ribbons. And the stand rests on four ball and claw feet. It's quite large, a fine heavy piece. Condition is excellent. there is one mark on the stand that may be a stain of some sort. It is shown in the photos. Quite small. Please see photos for dimensions and marks.
